Just down the street from Jackey's in a really nice neighborhood, 28 pesos will get you something special! It seems to be open most almost always when I walk by, and usually there's a hooker or two out on the corner in front at night. (Maybe they're striking? Or maybe they're just trying to get attention?) Cars drive in this entrance, and come out on the other street to the left.
They advertise outside "only 28 pesos", but they don't say exactly what that gives you. I can't imagine that would be more than a blow-job, and maybe that's just the price to park inside. At night, the place is lit up more, and it seems to get more activity, but just last Saturday I saw two men walking out laughing to themselves and cat calling every girl they came across on the street. But I don't judge- maybe they were there to repair the satellite TV?
